Soha Radjpoust

has been playing music since the age of 9 and working professionally as a musician since the age of 15. Since then he has become quite fluent in playing keyboards (Hammond B3, Fender Rhodes,Wurlitzer, Clavinet, Moog and other Synthersizers), guitar, bass, drums and traditional persian instruments like the setar, santour and the tunbak drum. Soha studied at Humber College as a piano major in the jazz music program and in 2003 he obtained his diploma. He is well known in Toronto's music community and is constantly playing with various bands in and out of Toronto as well as working in studios as a producer and session musician. Although Soha is considered a seasoned musician his true passion lies in songwritting and has possesed this skill from the beginning of his musical journey, always searching for inspiration where ever he goes. His endless experimentation with ideas that would usually be considered "out of the box" has led him to the creation of a sound that can't be mistaken for anybody's but his own. Soha has spent a lot of time in the electronic world and the organic and acoustic world of music but when it comes to producing and songwritting, Soha tends to incorporate aspects of both worlds. His quest for a different sound is never ending and Soha always avoids repeating himself in his art.
